Honda Announces New 2009 GL1800 Gold Wing Motorcycles
Well, it's that
time of year once again as American Honda
announces their new 2009 Honda GL1800 Gold Wing
motorcycle lineup. We actually didn't expect to
see any radical changes this year aside from
some new features.
Amid all the rumors, it may be another year or
two before we see any dramatic changes to this
motorcycle. Honda has always been one of the
worlds leaders in higher standards in safety,
design and performance. Just as they engineered
and released the worlds first motorcycle air bag
system on the Gold Wing, I feel future Gold
Wings will continue to set new standards for the
world to follow in terms of safety, fuel
efficiency and performance.
New Safety and
Luxury Features For 2009
Two new features
for the 2009 GL1800 Gold Wing include a factory
XM Radio, offering Real Time Traffic and Weather
Reporting, and Automatic Tire Pressure
Monitoring System that comes standard on all
2009 Honda Gold Wing Motorcycles. Aside from
those exciting additions, the bike is basically
the same as last year.
